Is there a minimum for orders?
Yes, for most of our materials, we require a minimum order of 10. Please see the individual item for more detailed information
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is UPS Ground, which includes a 7.5% handling fee. UPS 3 day, 2 day, and overnight services are also available. Additional charges apply for other services.
What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted. To look inside our student course books before you purchase them, please download one of our sample selections here.
How do schools order?
The easiest way for a school to order is to call us at 1-800-509-8544. We will process the order over the phone with your PO Number.
How long will it take to get my books?
Through our standard UPS Ground shipping, your materials should arrive within 5 business days. UPS 3 day, 2 day, and overnight services are also available.
My books are damaged. How can I get a replacement?
If any materials arrive damaged, please contact us at 1-800-509-8544. Though we cannot be held responsible for damages incurred en route, we will do our best to ensure you receive undamaged materials.
Who writes your books?
Our books are written by a team of educators, including Summit staff.
Can I reprint your books?
No, our books cannot be copied or reprinted. However, we do have private labeling options available for orders over 200. Please call 1-800-509-8544 for more information.
Where do you get your tests?
Our tests are written and created by the test-makers (College Board, ACT, Inc., etc).
How often do you update your books?
Our books are updated as needed to reflect the changes implemented by the test-makers.
Do you have Teacher’s Editions?
Teacher’s Editions are available for the ACT, SSAT/ISEE, and MCAS books. At this time, we do not have a Teacher’s Edition for the SAT.
What levels of tests do your SSAT/ISEE books cover?
Our books are appropriate for all levels of both tests. Every exercise is labeled for the appropriate test and level.
How do I sign up for the Test Center?
To sign up for our online Test Center, click here. Then choose your payment plan, and your order will be added to your cart. Once your order is processed, you will be charged a monthly fee through the end of the calendar year. If you would rather pay in one lump sum, call 1-800-509-8544, and we will process your order over the phone.
How does the test center pricing/allotment of tests work?
The Test Center pricing is tiered based on the number of tests graded each year. One time yearly fees will be pro-rated, beginning with the month of purchase. For example, if you sign up for the lowest tier account in July, you will pay $114 or $19/mo for 6 months through December. Monthly online fees are based on the yearly fee, and divided by 12.
What is Summit “Score in Four” and how does it work?
If you do not wish to use our Test Center, or if you need scores for the MCAS practice tests, you can send the tests to the Summit office to score. We will return the score report(s) to you within four business days. For pricing, click here. To order, call 1-800-509-8544.
How does Summit Professional Development work?
Summit Professional Development is training for your teachers/tutors in the proven methods and techniques found in the Summit curriculum for the SAT and ACT. Our trainers will travel to your location and work within your schedule. There is a maximum limit of 14 attendees.
What do you cover during the trainings?
Trainings cover instruction on: Summit strategy (including Goal & Range), Subject Training in the Math and Verbal sections of the test, our Online Test Center, Score Reports, and a Book Tour. Your instructors will become Summit Certified in the essential skills and strategies necessary to maximize students’ individual scores.
What additional costs are associated with the service?
