Summit Online Test Center Policies and Procedures

All Test Center Subscriptions are binding through December 31, 2010. Any subscriber paying a one-time fee will pay a pro-rated amount, beginning with the month of purchase.

All Test Center Subscriptions will be automatically renewed on January 1, 2011. If you wish to cancel your subscription or change your subscription level, you must contact Summit Educational Group at 1-800-509-8544 or bmurphy@mytutor.com before December 31, 2010. If you cancel your Test Center Subscription before December 31, 2010 you will be billed for the full yearly (2010) balance remaining. This amount will be pro-rated, beginning with the month of purchase. For example, if you sign up for the lowest tier account in July, you would pay $114 or $19/mo for 6 months.

Any subscriber who goes over their yearly contracted number of tests will be billed the difference in price levels for all months subscribed.

Any subscriber who wishes to change their subscription to a lower level must contact Summit Educational Group. You will be charged the original amount for all months prior to contact.
