If you are unable to attend a Summit Practice Test and would like to request a practice test be sent to your home, please submit the following information.

IMPORTANT: We can only honor one test request per household. If you have questions about which test to take, please call our office and we would be happy to advise you. Thank you!

If you have taken previous practice tests or the real standardized test in the past, please contact the office directly at 1-800-698-8867 to ensure we send home a test that you have not taken before.

*Practice Tests may only be sent to individuals in the following states: CT, MA, NH, RI.
