Classroom Programs for the SSAT

If you're a student who benefits from the structure and collaboration of a classroom environment or just need a more cost effective prep option, a Summit Class can help you maximize your score results and improve your independent school applications.

Customized Classes
Your classroom program begins with a diagnostic test and detailed score report to identify your strengths and areas in need of improvement. Based on these results, your instructor will work with you to determine the best plan of attack to achieve your score goals. These evaluations are used to tailor the curriculum and homework to the students in the class. 

Expert Teachers
Summit teachers are skilled and enthusiastic educators who help students improve scores and build confidence. All of our tutors have completed over 32 hours of training before ever working with a student. Summit teachers are the test prep experts - let them share their knowledge with you.

Small Class Size
Classes are limited to 10-14 students per instructor. When possible, we group students by their performance on the SSAT diagnostic test given during the first session of the program. The small groups allow instructors to further tailor the class time and homework to your needs and provide for significant personal attention.

Comprehensive Materials
You will receive the full complement of Summit's test prep materials as well as our supplemental online features. Summit's materials include a course book, flashcards, and practice tests.

Practice Tests
Real practice tests reinforce the concepts you have learned in class and provide you with valuable information on your progress. In-school programs include official practice SSAT tests administered throughout the course. 

The Summit Portal
This valuable tool allows you to manage your SSAT prep program online. You can view the class schedule, attendance and homework records, and even review practice test score reports and homework assignments following each session.
