Our Foundations materials combine all of the essential math, reading, and writing skills that students are expected to be familiar with in order to grow proficiently throughout their SAT or ACT prep. By thoroughly developing fundamentals in arithmetic and other math areas, grammar and punctuation, and reading comprehension, students will be prepared to confidently progress to more advanced test preparation. In addition to establishing strong core skills for test preparation, our Foundations materials have the dual benefit of strengthening key academic skills that are useful in many school courses. Foundations are a pragmatic first step ensuring that students have no learning gaps and are well prepared to reach their highest potential.
Note that Foundations materials do not include test-taking strategies, as Foundations is not intended to be a replacement for our core SAT and ACT prep materials. Instead, Foundations focuses entirely on building a basic knowledge of concepts that are tested by the SAT and ACT.
