Welcome to www.mytutor.com (the "Site"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use of the Site. Only authorized company employees with admin rights may post content on the Site. Any content posted must not be offensive, defamatory, or violate any laws.

2. User Accounts To access certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, animations, audio, and videos, as well concepts, tools, software, programs, and industry perspectives on the Site is the property of Summit Educational Group, a brand of Guidewell Education, LLC, its subsidiaries, licensors, suppliers, or other providers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other IP or proprietary rights laws. You may not use any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

4. Privacy Policy Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

5. Limitation of Liability Summit Educational Group, a brand of Guidewell Education, is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Site. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," and we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Willful violation of these policies or any anti-discrimination laws by a client will result in cessation of service. 

Similarly, Guidewell neither tolerates nor condones any form of discrimination or harassment of our employees by clients, vendors, visitors, or other employees or contractors. 

Clients who request reassignments for explicitly discriminatory reasons will be informed of our policies. If clients continue to insist on requiring a reassignment based on explicitly discriminatory reasoning, they will no longer be offered services through Guidewell.

7. Changes to the Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on the Site, and your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
